What's up with my kids

  • Erin is now 20! She is serving a mission in Paraguay for 18 months, which is very far away, and we miss her. She is enjoying missionary life, and I am excited for her to have these new, wonderful experiences.
  • Joshua is now 18 years old. He graduated from high school last month, and is working for a construction company until he leaves for his mission on July 22. He will be going to the Minneapolis Minnesota mission. He is attending institute, working, and dating as much as he can until he leaves. He and his sister will serve at the same time for about six months, and not see each other for 3 1/2 years.
  • Jacob is now 15. He is my wild man, the kind that will wear out a new pair of shoes in about 1 month. He loves to go fishing, and his basketball skills are improving all of the time. He grows like a weed, and is now taller than his older brother. Unconfirmed reports say that he might even be taller than me, although that would be wrong on SO MANY levels.
  • Abigail is 13 years old, and she loves whatever she is doing at the moment. Whether it is soccer, dancing, basketball,or swimming she loves to do it. She has a natural ability to do anything she wants. She is now in the Young Women's program where her mom is president, and she is serving as the Beehive president.
  • EmmaLee is 10 years old, and she is my peacemaker and tender spirit. She will volunteer to do whatever anyone needs in order to help them. She loves making cards & gifts for her dad. She loves gymnastics and has a natural talent for it.
  • Lindsay is the Queen Mother of the house. She turned 8 in April and was baptized by her older brother, Joshua. She is the youngest, so she knows that everyone loves her. She has a remarkable ability to remember lyrics and music, as well as vocabulary words. She is moving into 3rd grade this year and loves it.
